Police in Cheshire have uncovered a large stash of drugs buried at the site of the Creamfields music festival, just days before the annual event is set to begin. The discovery was announced on Monday, August 24, 2026, by Cheshire Police, who reported finding a significant quantity of Class A, B, and C substances hidden on the grounds in Daresbury. The festival, which marks the end of the summer calendar, is scheduled to run from Thursday, August 27, through the Bank Holiday weekend, with up to 80,000 attendees expected.
