Phantom to End Sui Network Support on September 24

Phantom, a widely used self-custody digital wallet, will cease support for the Sui blockchain network on September 24, 2026, following a mutual agreement between the two entities. The decision, announced on August 24, gives users exactly one month to transition their assets or convert them to other cryptocurrencies supported by the wallet. After the cutoff date, Phantom will remove Sui balances from its interface and disable all transaction, swap, and application connection functionalities for the network. The company emphasized that the change affects only the wallet's software interface and not the underlying ownership of users' funds.
