Paul Thomas Anderson's Cameron Winter concert film sets November release
A new concert film capturing Geese frontman Cameron Winter's historic solo performance at Carnegie Hall will tour U.S. cinemas this fall, directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Paul Thomas Anderson. The film, titled Cameron Winter At Carnegie Hall, documents Winter's sold-out show at the iconic New York venue on December 11, 2025, and will begin its exclusive 35mm roadshow release on November 20. Anderson shot the performance on 35mm and 16mm film, with the project co-produced by director Benny Safdie. The film captures Winter, then 23 years old, delivering a stripped-back, piano-led set featuring songs from his 2024 solo album Heavy Metal and three previously unreleased tracks.
