Oura Files for US IPO

Published 5 September 2026

Oura, the Finnish company that established the smart ring market, has filed for an initial public offering in the United States, aiming for a valuation that could exceed $16 billion. The company submitted its registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday, September 3, 2026, and plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol OURA. The filing reveals significant financial growth for the wearable technology firm. For the nine months ending June 30, 2026, Oura reported revenue of $1.21 billion, a 74% increase year-over-year. This performance follows substantial revenue figures in previous years, with approximately $1 billion generated in 2025 and $500 million in 2024. Over the past year, Oura has sold 3.6 million rings, contributing to its base of approximately five million paid subscribers who access detailed health insights. Oura is seeking to raise up to $3 billion through the offering. This public debut comes as the company was valued at around $11 billion in October 2025.
