Payment technology company Nuvei has agreed to acquire cross-border payments platform Payoneer for approximately $2.75 billion in an all-cash transaction, the companies announced Monday, June 15, 2026. The definitive agreement, which has been approved by both boards of directors, values Payoneer at $7.40 per share.
