Sea Bright Mayor Brian Kelly said some streets could flood to a depth of six feet, and that the town would open its recreation center for people leaving vulnerable areas. In Manasquan, officials had issued a voluntary evacuation notice for some low-lying areas. The National Weather Service warned that significant coastal flooding could affect vulnerable Mid-Atlantic locations over multiple high-tide cycles through the weekend.
