Noel Clarke Charged With Sexual Offences
British actor Noel Clarke has been charged with six sexual offenses involving five women, according to statements from the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and the Metropolitan Police. The charges, which include two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism, and one count of exposure, are alleged to have occurred between 2007 and 2016. The CPS authorized the Metropolitan Police to charge the 50-year-old actor following a year-long investigation. The investigation began in September 2025, with Clarke, who is from Kensington, west London, arrested on September 25, 2025, in connection with the allegations. A file of evidence was subsequently submitted to the CPS, which then authorized the charges. Clarke is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on October 21, 2026, at 10 a.m. Detective Superintendent Mike Cagney, who is leading the investigation, stated that the five women connected to the charges are receiving support from specially trained officers. He urged anyone who has been a victim of sexual assault to contact the police, assuring them that their information would be handled with the utmost sensitivity.
