Nick Mohammed to Host The Traitors West End Stage Show

Nick Mohammed, the comedian and actor known for Ted Lasso and Slow Horses, has been announced as the Host of The Traitors Acts of Betrayal, a new West End stage production based on the hit BBC competition format. Producers Studio Lambert and Neal Street Productions revealed the news on Thursday, September 10, 2026, with a video in which Claudia Winkleman, host of The Traitors and The Celebrity Traitors, formally swore Mohammed into the role. The clip was filmed at Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands, the setting of the television series, and ends with Winkleman joking that she is out of a job. The production will run at the Gillian Lynne Theatre on Drury Lane, with previews beginning on May 11, 2027, and an official opening night on June 8, 2027. Tickets are on sale now. Written by John Finnemore and directed by Robert Hastie, The Traitors Acts of Betrayal comprises five new plays, each presenting a complete game of The Traitors in a single evening, from the naming of the traitors through banishments and murders to a crowned winner. The structure explores what might have happened had different players been chosen as traitors.
