Netflix Announces Cast for Roald Dahl Short Story Series

Netflix has confirmed a star-studded cast for a new six-part drama series based on the short stories for adults by renowned author Roald Dahl. The yet-to-be-titled series, announced in late August 2026, is currently in production in Manchester and the northwest of England. The project is part of the streaming giant's ongoing expansion of Dahl adaptations following its acquisition of the Roald Dahl Story Company in 2021. The series is written by Danny Brocklehurst, known for the hit series Fool Me Once and the show Brassic. He is adapting Dahl's iconic short stories into a contemporary drama.
