Published 5 September 2026

An arrest warrant has been issued for reality television personality Nathan Gallagher after he failed to appear for a scheduled court date in Sydney, Australia. Gallagher, 28, was due to appear before Burwood Local Court on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, to face charges including assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent, and common assault. Australian police confirmed that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of the Below Deck Mediterranean star. Gallagher was initially arrested on December 27, 2025, following an alleged domestic violence incident involving his former partner and co-star, Gael Cameron. The alleged assault reportedly occurred at an apartment complex in Sydney's Melrose Park on December 26, 2025, known as Boxing Day or St. Stephen's Day in Australia. According to court documents, Gallagher allegedly used one hand to cover Ms. Cameron's mouth and nose, causing her to be unable to breathe at times. When she attempted to pull away, he reportedly persisted. The document further states that when Ms. Cameron elbowed Gallagher in response, he placed both hands around her neck, applying pressure that made her unable to breathe.
