Murder investigation after stabbing at Brent Civic Centre

A murder investigation has been launched after a young man was stabbed to death at Brent Civic Centre in Wembley, northwest London, on Tuesday afternoon. Emergency services were called to the council headquarters and library building at 2:25 p.m. following reports of a stabbing. The victim, believed to be a teenage boy or a man in his early 20s, was found with stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene despite the efforts of paramedics and an air ambulance crew. The Metropolitan Police confirmed officers attended the scene on Engineers Way alongside the London Ambulance Service.
