Modella Capital has acquired a majority stake in Flying Tiger Copenhagen, the international variety retailer known for its affordable homeware, stationery, and gifts. The deal, finalized this week, transfers ownership of the Danish-headquartered chain from its lending banks to the specialist retail investment firm.
