The decision concludes a months-long inquiry into the remarks, which were directed at the Israel Defense Forces during a demonstration on March 15. The investigation was launched after Pascal Robinson-Foster, who performs as Bobby Vylan, led the crowd in the chant at an Al Quds Day event on the Albert Embankment.
