Melania Trump Aide Dismisses Rumors About Natalie Harp

Published 10 September 2026

A senior advisor to first lady Melania Trump has publicly dismissed speculation about President Donald Trump's close relationship with White House aide Natalie Harp, while financial disclosures showing that Harp and two other aides received $45,000 holiday cash gifts each have drawn fresh attention to the aide's profile. Marc Beckman, the first lady's senior advisor, addressed the rumors in an interview with host Stella Escobedo released this week. He said the media does not know anything about the first family's private life and should stop focusing on gossip. He described Harp as a hardworking, talented and intelligent person and said journalists should instead cover the first lady's achievements. Escobedo, who hosted the interview, characterized Harp as a loyal aide and a cancer survivor whom Trump helped obtain off-label treatment for. Harp, 35, serves as the president's executive assistant and is nicknamed the human printer for accompanying Trump with a portable printer and providing paper copies of news articles and social media posts throughout the day.
