Manchester Airports Group, the operator of Manchester, London Stansted, and East Midlands airports, has disclosed a significant data breach affecting approximately 8.7 million customers. The company confirmed that an unauthorized third party accessed personal information related to car parking, lounge access, Fast Track bookings, and airport WiFi signups. The incident, which MAG became aware of on August 25, 2026, did not compromise bank or payment details, nor did it disrupt airport operations or passenger safety. The compromised data includes email addresses, phone numbers, vehicle registration plates, and postcodes.
