Steven Guilbeault, a prominent Liberal Member of Parliament and former environment minister, is resigning from federal politics. The Montreal MP for Laurier–Sainte-Marie is expected to make the announcement to his Liberal colleagues in caucus on Wednesday, followed by a speech in the House of Commons later in the day.
