Lenovo Launches New Yoga Android Tablets
Lenovo has introduced its latest premium Android tablets, the Yoga Tab Gen 2 and Yoga Tab Plus Gen 2, at IFA 2026. The new devices, announced on September 3, 2026, in Berlin, are designed for creators and media consumption, featuring high-resolution displays, advanced processors, and extended software support. Both models are slated for availability within September 2026. The Yoga Tab Plus Gen 2 is positioned as the more upmarket option, boasting a larger 13-inch 4K PureSight Pro display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1,100 nits of peak brightness. It is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, paired with 12GB or 16GB of RAM and storage options ranging from 256GB to 512GB, expandable up to 2TB via microSD. The tablet includes a 12,700mAh battery supporting 68W charging and features six Harman Kardon speakers. Its dimensions are approximately 8.27mm thick, and it weighs starting at 605 grams. In contrast, the standard Yoga Tab Gen 2 features an 11.1-inch 4K display with the same 144Hz refresh rate and 1,100 nits peak brightness.
