Kofi, Austin Creed Win AEW Trios Titles in Debut as New Level

Former WWE tag team stars Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods made a triumphant debut for rival promotion All Elite Wrestling on August 30, 2026, winning a championship in their first appearance. The duo, now known as Kofi and Austin Creed, teamed with Swerve Strickland to capture the AEW World Trios Championship at the All In event held at Wembley Stadium in London. The pair, who were part of the legendary WWE faction The New Day for over a decade, entered the Trios Roulette Royale match as surprise partners for Strickland. The trio outlasted multiple other teams to win the titles, marking the first time wrestlers have won a championship in their AEW debut. Their new team name is The New Level.
