Kishan first keeper to score 250 in Duleep Trophy

Ishan Kishan achieved a historic milestone on Monday, September 7, 2026, scoring 250 runs in the Duleep Trophy final for East Zone against South Zone at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. The East Zone captain became the first wicketkeeper-batter in the tournament's history to reach the 250-run mark, surpassing the previous record held by Naman Ojha, who scored 217 in 2014.
