Actress Jaime Pressly was asked to leave a San Jose, California, hotel last week following an incident in which witnesses alleged she was disruptive and appeared to be under the influence, according to reports from TMZ. The incident occurred at the Signia by Hilton San Jose, where Pressly was staying ahead of a scheduled appearance at the GalaxyCon convention. Witnesses told TMZ that on August 28, 2026, Pressly was in the hotel lobby speaking loudly on her phone for approximately 30 minutes. During the call, she was reportedly heard using profanity and drinking alcohol. Onlookers claimed she appeared to be under the influence. Witnesses also reported hearing her say phrases including "Mommy loves you" and "You are the best husband I have ever divorced and you are good to our kids." After guests complained about her behavior, two security guards approached Pressly. Witnesses said she initially ignored them, holding up a finger to indicate she was not finished with her call. After she hung up, Pressly allegedly approached a woman who was attending a wedding at the hotel, touched her arm, and complained about the security guards. A guard then intervened, telling her, "We're done.
