A 28-year-old Indian national was shot and killed early Friday morning while delivering a pizza in North Philadelphia, in what his family believes was a deliberate attack using a fake order. The victim, Anshul Kuncha, was pronounced dead at a hospital after being found with a gunshot wound to the head.
