ICE, Iran coordinated deportation flights amid tensions

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials coordinated directly with Iranian representatives to organize three deportation flights that returned more than 100 Iranian nationals to Tehran between September 2025 and January 2026, newly released internal emails reveal.
