Hyundai plans over 100 new vehicles by 2030

Published 27 August 2026

Hyundai Motor has announced an unprecedented global product expansion, pledging to launch over 100 new or updated vehicles by 2030 as it seeks to navigate trade challenges, intensifying competition, and the industry's shift toward electrification. The plan, detailed at the company's 2026 CEO Investor Day in Seoul on August 26, centers heavily on the United States and Europe, with a significant increase in hybrid and electric vehicle offerings. The South Korean automaker aims to introduce 58 models in North America, 49 in Korea, 41 in Europe, 26 in India, and 22 in China. This offensive includes entering more than 18 new vehicle segments, such as pickups and light commercial vehicles.
