High Court lets rugby brain-injury lawsuits proceed to trial

Hundreds of former rugby union and league players have been permitted to continue their multimillion-pound legal battle over neurological injuries, after a High Court judge ruled on Friday that their claims should proceed to trial despite repeated failures by their former lawyers to comply with court orders.
