Jack Grealish has agreed to return to Everton on a season-long loan from Manchester City, with the deal finalized on the final day of the summer transfer window. The agreement was reached as Manchester City simultaneously completed a separate transfer, signing Everton winger Iliman Ndiaye for a fee reported to be worth up to £65 million. Despite returning to Manchester City and making two substitute appearances this term, he prioritized a move back to Merseyside.
