Franklin Templeton and HashKey Launch Tokenized U.S. Fund in Asia

Franklin Templeton and Hong Kong-based HashKey Exchange have partnered to distribute a tokenized U.S. government money market fund to professional investors in Asia, marking a significant step in bringing traditional financial products to regulated digital asset platforms. The collaboration, announced on August 24, 2026, makes the Franklin OnChain U.S. Government Liquidity Fund, known as grBENJI, available through HashKey Exchange's Earn channel. The fund primarily invests in U.S. government money market instruments and U.S. dollar cash assets, using blockchain infrastructure as its investment wrapper.
