The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has arrested four of its own officers for allegedly extorting 53,000 naira from the chairman of Nigeria's Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, Dr. Musa Aliyu, at an illegal checkpoint in Abuja.
