Four arrested in shooting of 49ers player Keion White

Published 15 October 2026

San Francisco authorities have arrested four men in connection with the February shooting that wounded 49ers defensive lineman Keion White, and prosecutors allege Gregory Walker fired the shot. Walker faces felony charges, while Curtis Green has been charged with misdemeanor weapons offenses. The allegations have not been proven in court. Police said the shooting happened shortly after 4 a.m. on February 9 at the Dahlia Lounge in the city’s Mission District, where White was hosting a private Super Bowl party. White was shot in the ankle and underwent surgery. Police Chief Derrick Lew said several suspects, some carrying firearms, confronted White before a physical altercation and the shooting. Walker, 36, was arrested in Los Angeles on October 9. District Attorney Brooke Jenkins said he is accused of shooting White and causing great bodily injury. In addition to assault with a firearm, he faces charges related to possessing a firearm as a felon, including carrying a concealed and loaded firearm. Walker’s attorney, Jeff Wozniak, said he would seek his release and argue that he is innocent.
