Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Will Grier has joined the team's coaching staff as an offensive assistant, the organization announced on July 24, just over a week after he retired from playing. The 31-year-old will begin his new role when the Cowboys open training camp in Oxnard, California on July 29.
