Former Child Star Sues Disney Over Alleged Sexual Abuse on Set

Former child star Raquel Lee Bolleau has filed a civil negligence lawsuit against The Walt Disney Company, alleging she was repeatedly sexually assaulted by an adult employee while filming the 2001 Disney Channel Original Movie "The Poof Point" when she was 14 years old. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on August 21, 2026, claims the company failed to protect her and instead facilitated the abuse. According to the complaint, the unnamed, middle-aged male employee supplied Bolleau with alcohol and assaulted her multiple times during production in Salt Lake City, Utah.
