Forest sign Palace defender Munoz for up to £22m

Nottingham Forest has signed defender Daniel Munoz from Crystal Palace for a fee of up to £22 million, reuniting the Colombian international with manager Oliver Glasner. The 30-year-old wing-back has agreed to a three-year contract with the option for a further year, the club announced on August 31, 2026. The transfer concludes a successful partnership between Munoz and Glasner at Crystal Palace, where they won the FA Cup, Community Shield, and UEFA Conference League over the past two seasons. Munoz was named man of the match in the 2025 FA Cup final victory over Manchester City.
