Heavy rainfall triggered flash floods and landslides in Arunachal Pradesh on Wednesday, inundating villages, damaging homes and infrastructure, and leaving three people missing. The worst-hit areas were in Lower Subansiri and Keyi Panyor districts, where a sudden deluge overwhelmed drainage systems and rivers.
