The first trailer for "Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo," the third film in the long-running crime franchise, was released on August 3, 2026. The film, directed by prolific Japanese filmmaker Takashi Miike, will have its world premiere at the 2026 Toronto International Film Festival this September.
