FBI Arrests Rappers NBA Ben10, OG 3Three in Houston Shooting Case

Published 11 September 2026

The FBI arrested rappers NBA Ben10 and OG 3Three on Thursday, September 10, in connection with a shooting at a Houston restaurant in April that left NBA Ben10 paralyzed. The arrests were part of a coordinated operation across Louisiana and Texas that netted six individuals in total, according to an FBI Houston spokesperson. The incident occurred on April 8 at Confessions restaurant in Houston. Surveillance footage from the scene shows Detroit rapper AllStar JR fighting off multiple people who attempted to rob him, according to law enforcement accounts. During the struggle, a gun fell to the ground, and JR began firing, striking three people, including NBA Ben10. Court documents filed in Harris County state that NBA Ben10 suffered irreversible paralysis of the lower extremities from a spine injury sustained in the shooting. After the initial shots, JR allegedly approached the injured Ben10 and fired three more rounds at close range before attempting to shoot him in the head but running out of ammunition.
