The government of Equatorial Guinea has resigned en masse after failing to meet key performance targets set by the country's long-serving president. Vice President Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue announced the cabinet's resignation on Tuesday, stating the administration had achieved less than 10 percent of its objectives.
