Elliot Page No Offers Since Odyssey Success

Elliot Page has revealed that he has not received new acting offers since his role in the recent blockbuster film "The Odyssey," despite the movie's significant box office success. Page, who starred as Sinon in Christopher Nolan's epic, shared his career outlook during an appearance on the "On Film With Kevin McCarthy" podcast on September 1, 2026. When asked if he was receiving numerous calls following the film's release, Page responded, "No, Kevin, I'm not," adding, "So, if someone wants to call me." He expressed a desire to continue doing "good work," stating, "That's what I'd love to do." Page, who publicly came out as transgender in December 2020, indicated that his career path has become more complex. He suggested that casting has become "a little tricky" for him for "pretty obvious reasons," though he did not specify any particular individuals or entities responsible. He also made a lighthearted remark about facing some pushback for being Canadian, speculating it might be a factor. Reflecting on his past experiences, Page recalled feeling personally uncomfortable during his earlier collaboration with Nolan on the 2010 film "Inception.
