In the historical context of the film and the real-life events it depicts, Churchill's "tiger" reference was explicitly about Hitler and the Nazi regime, arguing against appeasement. The Department of Education's edit, however, seemed to align the Trump administration with the tiger, prompting immediate backlash from users who pointed out the unintended comparison. One user noted, "Not only is this not a real Churchill quote, the tiger Churchill is referring to is Adolf Hitler."
