E. coli, Salmonella Outbreak Linked to Alfalfa Sprouts Sickens 55

A multistate outbreak of E. coli and salmonella infections linked to alfalfa sprouts from a Minnesota producer has sickened at least 55 people across 15 states, federal health officials announced on August 21, 2026.
