A Dutch health institute has issued a serious warning about potentially lethal ecstasy pills shaped like the head of U.S. President Donald Trump, urging users to avoid them entirely. The Trimbos Institute, a leading addiction and mental health research center based in Utrecht, released a red alert on August 28, 2026, after several of the distinctive pills were submitted to its drug-testing network. The pills, which feature a depiction of Trump's face on one side and the letters "NL" and "Trump" stamped on the other, have been found in various color combinations, including green and yellow.
