DSS Rearrests Miyetti Allah Leader Bodejo After EFCC Release

Operatives of the Department of State Services rearrested Bello Bodejo, the National President of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, on Friday, August 28, 2026, moments after he was released from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission in Abuja. The arrest occurred outside the EFCC headquarters as Bodejo and his family were preparing to leave following the fulfillment of his bail conditions in a pending money laundering case. Bodejo had been in EFCC custody since his arraignment on July 9, 2026, on a 12-count charge.
