Delhi Couple Arrested for Spying for Pakistan's ISI
The Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested a young couple on charges of spying for Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) since 2024, uncovering an espionage network that allegedly supplied Indian SIM cards to Pakistan and gathered sensitive information on Indian military activities. The accused, identified as Sahil, 25, and his wife Sameera, 21, were taken into custody following an investigation that traced links from Delhi to handlers in Karachi and Islamabad. According to police, the couple obtained eight Indian SIM cards between 2024 and 2025 and sent them to Pakistan through Dubai. They were allegedly paid Rs 30,000 for these cards.
