DC Studios Releases Final Trailer for Clayface

Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Studios released the final trailer for Clayface on September 24, presenting the horror thriller’s story of an actor whose disfigurement and experimental treatment lead to a disturbing physical transformation. The film is scheduled to open in UK cinemas on October 23, 2026. Tom Rhys Harries stars as Matt Hagen, an actor whose career is cut short after he is disfigured. In the promotional synopsis, Hagen seeks treatment that restores his appearance but changes his body and affects his grip on reality, setting him on a path toward revenge. The film’s marketing describes the story as a descent from rising performer to the Batman villain Clayface. The trailer offers another preview of the film’s body-horror elements, including Hagen’s changing appearance. But the complete transformation is being withheld from promotional material, according to Harries, who said in an interview that the final form was “fucking sick.” The finished film has not yet been released, so its full depiction of the character and audience response remain unknown.
