Dana White eyes Crawford return and Garcia signing for Zuffa Boxing

UFC president Dana White has outlined his ambitions for Zuffa Boxing, stating he believes he could lure retired champion Terence Crawford back to the ring for the right fight. White also expressed interest in signing Ryan Garcia once his current promotional deal expires and identified Conor Benn as a fighter around whom Zuffa can build a business. White made the comments in a series of interviews this week, coinciding with Zuffa Boxing's promotion of the Ryan Garcia vs. Conor Benn fight scheduled for Saturday, September 13, at the T-Mobile Arena. Speaking on the Nightcap show, White said, "If I went to Crawford with the right fight, Crawford would fight." He did not specify a potential opponent for Crawford, who retired in December 2025 after becoming an undisputed super middleweight champion by defeating Canelo Alvarez. Crawford, 38, has remained adamant about his retirement despite receiving several offers. Earlier this week, he hinted on social media about a potential comeback against Jaron "Boots" Ennis, but quickly retracted the suggestion. Ennis is currently signed with promoter Eddie Hearn's Matchroom Boxing.
