A fatal accident on the set of the upcoming Tamil film "Killer" has left one crew member dead and three others injured. The incident occurred early Wednesday morning at the Binny Mills complex in the Perambur area of Chennai. The explosion took place as technicians were preparing for a bomb blast sequence.
