Congressman Accuses Andrew of Illegal Sexual Activity in US

Republican Congressman Thomas Massie accused Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor of committing illegal sexual activity in the United States during a speech on the House floor on September 1, 2026. The Kentucky lawmaker named the former Duke of York while demanding that authorities investigate and prosecute associates of the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Massie, who has been a leading figure in the push to release Epstein-related documents, stated, "We want perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted." He added, "And Prince Andrew, who committed illegal sexual activitys in the United States." The congressman also named other figures, including former Barclays chief Jes Staley and magician David Copperfield, before calling on the Department of Justice to act. "Perhaps hearing these names will shame the Department of Justice into delivering justice," Massie said. Mountbatten-Windsor has repeatedly denied committing any sex offenses and has not been criminally charged in connection with the Epstein case.
