Clippers restructure delays Kawhi Leonard trade

According to reports, the primary reason for the continued delay is the Clippers' internal restructuring necessitated by the suspensions of Ballmer and Frank, who were the top decision-makers. The team has not publicly announced interim leadership, leaving a void in the authority needed to finalize the transaction.
