Chloe Lewis, a former star of the reality television series The Only Way Is Essex, has publicly shared a tribute to her ex-boyfriend Jake Hall following his death earlier this month. Hall, who was also a cast member on the show and a fashion designer, died at the age of 35 in Spain on May 6.
