Chinese national arrested in Massachusetts on voter-fraud charges

A Chinese national living in Andover, Massachusetts, has been arrested and charged with federal voter fraud for allegedly impersonating another Chinese national to register and vote in the 2024 presidential election, and then later reporting the victim to immigration authorities for the illegal activity.
