A large wildfire in Scotland's Cairngorms National Park has forced evacuations and prompted a major emergency response as crews work to contain the blaze amid a prolonged heatwave. The fire was reported near Ryvoan Bothy, close to Nethy Bridge, at approximately 11:50 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
