Brandi Glanville 'embarrassed' by GoFundMe for medical bills
Brandi Glanville, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, has publicly expressed embarrassment over a GoFundMe campaign launched to help cover her substantial medical expenses. The fundraiser was created by her friend, Gina Rodriguez, to assist with costs for a complex, long-term health condition that has left Glanville unable to work for two years. Glanville, 53, discussed the campaign during a recent episode of her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered. She stated that her medical bills amount to approximately $7,000 per week, even with insurance, and that creditors call her daily. "I'm embarrassed, honestly, cause I don't like to ask for help," she told her co-host, James Maas. "I never thought I would do this." The GoFundMe page has a goal of $28,000. As of recent reports, it had raised nearly $13,000, with donations coming from several of Glanville's former Real Housewives castmates. Kyle Richards contributed $500, Eileen Davidson gave $300, and Camille Grammer donated $200. Other reality television personalities, including Vicki Gunvalson and Claudia Jordan, also made donations.
